Which accounting software do you work with?
We work with the software you already use, including Zoho Books and PIMS. If you do not have a system yet, we help you choose the best option for your size, budget and reporting needs, and set it up for you.
Can you handle USD and LBP books?
Yes. Dual-currency recording, exchange-rate revaluation and reporting in your chosen presentation currency are standard for our Lebanese clients.
Do you file VAT returns?
Yes. We prepare and file VAT returns, reconcile VAT accounts to the ledger and review compliance before inspections.
How is pricing set?
Recurring work is a fixed monthly fee based on volume and complexity. Due diligence and feasibility studies are quoted per project. Everything is agreed in writing first.
How do I send you documents?
Through the secure upload area of your client portal, or by email if you prefer. Bank feeds are connected directly wherever your bank supports it.
Do you work outside Lebanon?
Yes. We serve clients across the GCC and work remotely with companies that have operations in more than one country.
How quickly can you start?
After the diagnostic and signed scope, onboarding typically takes one to two weeks depending on the state of your existing records.
